The Shepherd & Dog has an attractive, bright and airy non-smoking restaurant which offers an extensive menu of freshly prepared, home cooked food lunchtimes and evenings.
All dishes are made to order, using local produce where possible. There is a large selection of continental and traditional English dishes, as well as some mouth-watering desserts. Vegetarians and children catered for.
On Sundays, our traditional roast cavery is very popular.

The Shepherd & Dog boasts a varied, well stocked bar offering a choice of ales, lagers and spirits, in addition to an extensive selection of fine wines from around the world.
With its cosy, friendly atmosphere, it is perfect for socialising with friends, or simply enjoying a quiet drink by yourself.
